Haig's play sees him play James Stagg, a meteorologist who advised Eisenhower to go ahead with the D-Day Landings based on his weather report, ultimately triggering process that would eventually end the Second World War.
Joining Haig in reprising their roles from the Park Theatre production will be Malcolm Sinclair as Eisenhower, and Laura Rogers as Kay Summersby, Eisenhower's secretary.
The cast of Pressure, which opens at the Ambassadors Theatre on 6th June, also includes: Andrew MacBean, Bert Seymour, David Killick, Mark Jax, Mark Kitto, Molly Roberts, Philip Cairns, Robert Heard and William Mannering.
In a four-star review of the Park Theatre run, Mark Shenton said: "Who knew that play about the weather and one of its forecasters could provide such stimulating drama? Haig masterfully pulls off a double triumph, delivering a brilliant performance in a fine play."
The production, which is directed by John Dove, has design by Colin Richmond, lighting by Tim Mitchell, sound by Philip Pinsky, video by Andrzej Goulding and casting by Lisa Makin.
Pressure is at the Ambassadors Theatre from 6th June to 1st September.
