Jodie Prenger to star in 'Love Actually' parody in London
Jodie Prenger, who starred in last year's Homo Alone, will be joined by Neil Hurst in this funny festive show, based on the 2003 Christmas film.
Jodie Prenger will return to The Other Palace, Studio this Christmas for new festive show Lovers Actually, running from 21 November to 4 January, 2026.
Prenger, who starred in last year's Homo Alone, will be joined by Neil Hurst (Fat Friends The Musical, Casualty) in this funny festive show, which has "enough naughty cheer to make Santa blush".
The musical parody is based on the hit 2003 Christmas film Love Actually, starring Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Colin Firth, Keira Knightly, and more.
Prenger said, “Come on, Christmas isn’t Christmas without watching Love Actually back-to-back at least five times. We’ve taken everything we love about the film, the music, the iconic moments, and combined them to create a festive parody that’s sure to bring you big laughs, ridiculous characters, and a few unexpected naughty surprises!”
Lovers Actually is written by Jodie Prenger and Neil Hurst.
Further cast and creatives are to be announced.
