‘Here Come The Boys’ postpones West End opening
The dance production will now open at the Garrick Theatre in March 2021.
UPDATE: On 11 March, it was confirmed that Here Come The Boys is postponed indefinitely. New dates for Here Come The Boys at the Garrick Theatre are to be announced.
Following London moving into tier three restrictions and the consequence of all West End theatres forced to close, the opening date for Here Come The Boys has been pushed back. Here Come The Boys will now run at the Garrick Theatre from 3 Mar. 2021 to 16 May. 2021.
Speaking about the show's postponement, Here Come The Boys producers said: "The heightened restrictions will impact our rehearsal period and therefore we have made the difficult decision to postpone the first performance to March 3. We all want to deliver a great show for our audience so pushing the opening back by a month will ensure we open and do just that!"
Here Come The Boys unites Strictly Come Dancing professionals Aljaž Škorjanec, Pasha Kovalev, Graziano di Prima and Robin Windsor as they compete to become King of the Dance. The production features a live resident DJ, as well as latin, ballroom, commercial and contemporary routines.
The Strictly Come Dancing professionals will be joined by Karim Zeroual, who reached the Strictly final in 2019. Throughout the limited engagement, a variety of famous faces will join the company, with news on future performers to be confirmed.
Here Come The Boys is at the Garrick Theatre from 3 March - 16 May 2021.
