Briefly tell us how you became involved with Legally Blonde.
I was auditioning for We Will Rock You also being cast by Pippa Ailion (Casting Director) and she invited me to audition for Emmett as a result of my We Will Rock You Audition.
Briefly tell us about the character you play in Legally Blonde.
Emmett is Professor Callahan's teaching assistant, and, like Elle Woods didn't really fit in during his time at Harvard as a law student. He quickly empathises with Elle's exclusion by the other students and decides to help her with her studies. They slowly develop a friendship which turns into love as the show develops.
As an actor, do you have a preference for stage, tv or film?
No preference really, it's more about the quality of the work

Joe Gillis in Sunset Boulevard
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Lynda Baron told me once: the number one rule of comedy is that the audience has to hear the punch line/gag

Probably work in advertising

Piano, drums, cinema
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you take with you?
Drum kit, Grand Piano and family photo (quite unrealistic I know!)
What are your future plans?
I'm hoping to record an album by the summer of 2010. My long term plans are to do more films
