Tom Chambers to star in ‘Elf’
He joins Simon Lipkin and Georgina Castle in the Christmas musical.

Tom Chambers will play Walter Hobbs in Elf. The Waterloo Road star's West End credits include Top Hat and White Christmas. As previously announced, Simon Lipkin will play Buddy the Elf, joined by Georgina Castle as Jovie.
Kim Ismay will play Debs, joined by Nicholas Pound as Santa, Dermot Canavan as the Store Manager, and Rebecca Lock as Emily Hobbs. Evonnee Bentley-Holder, Kyle Cox, Jade Davies, Bethan Downing, Francis Foreman, Morgan Gregory, Ryan Jupp, Ellis Linford-Pill, Shane O'Riordan, Theo Reece, Chloe Saunders, Heather Scott-Martin, Jessica Spalis, Michael Tyler, Katie Warsop and Natalie Woods star in Elf, alongside Dexter Barry, Logan Clark, Alfie Morwood and Frankie Treadaway who alternate the role of Michael.
Based on the 2003 film of the same name starring Will Ferrell, Elf follows an baby named Buddy who crawls into Santa’s sack and unsuspectingly heads to the North Pole. When Buddy learns he’s a human that's raised as an elf, he heads back to his home of New York City to reunite with his father and save Christmas.
Elf features a story by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin, and music and lyrics by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin. Philip Wm. McKinley directs Elf, and the show features original set and costume design by Tim Goodchild, choreography by Liam Steel, lighting design by Patrick Woodroffe, and sound design by Gareth Owen.
