The debut Mischief Theatre play follows an amateur dramatics society as they stage their annual play — a 1920s murder mystery called The Murder at Haversham Manor. As the haphazard company prepare for the show, the cast struggle to make it to their places, thanks to missing props, set, and even actors.
The play recently celebrated 3000 performances at the Duchess Theatre — find out more about The Play That Goes Wrong.
Mischief company members Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer and Henry Shields co-write the play, with direction by Mark Bell, set design by Nigel Hook, costume design by Roberto Surace, lighting design by Ric Mountjoy, and sound design by Andy Johnson.
