‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ announces full cast at Lyric Hammersmith

Christmas fun returns to the west London venue.

Fee, fi, fo, fum, here’s some Jack and the Beanstalk casting that won’t make you glum! Jack and the Beanstalk begins previews at Lyric Hammersmith on 19 November, with an opening night on 26 November and performances to 7. Jan. 2023. Book Jack and the Beanstalk tickets on London Theatre.

Jude Christian and Sonia Jalaly write Jack and the Beanstalk for Lyric Hammersmith. The traditional pantomime tale follows Jack who swaps Daisy the cow for a bag of magic beans and ends up finding a giant in the sky.

“Jack and the Beanstalk is going to be funny, joyous and full of Christmas magic. One of the great things about getting to make a panto at the Lyric is that we get to speak to our West London community and make a show for all to enjoy,” said director Nicholai La Barrie.

Leah St Luce plays Jack, joined by Emmanuel Akwafo as Dame Trott, Maddison Bulleyment as Jill, Jodie Jacobs as Fleshcreep, and Finlay McGuigan as Simon. Ensemble casting will be revealed at a later date.

Jack and the Beanstalk features set and costume design by Good Teeth, lighting design by Elliot Griggs, sound design by Nick Manning, and choreography by Arielle Smith.
