‘Fiver’ cast album sets March release date
The acclaimed production premiered at Southwark Playhouse in 2019.
After teasing fans with a cast album on Twitter, a release date for the Fiver soundtrack has been announced. After first performances at Southwark Playhouse in 2019, the Fiver cast album will be released on 5 March.
Written by Alex James Ellison and Tom Lees, Fiver explores how a humble five pound note can mean so much to many individuals. Whether it's to pay for a coffee or two, donating it to charity or giving it to a homeless person, Fiver looks at how just a few pounds can change lives.
The Fiver cast includes Luke Bayer and Hiba Elchikhe, who have both starred in Everybody's Talking About Jamie at the Apollo Theatre. Aoife Clesham, Dan Buckley and Alex James Ellison complete the five-person lineup.
Fiver was recently performed as a concert version at Southwark Playhouse in November 2020. It's currently available to stream until 28 February, as well as Stay Awake, Jake and Before After starring Rosalie Craig and Hadley Fraser.
The Fiver cast album is available from 5 March.
