Bronte's Jane Eyre at Rosemary Branch Theatre

Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Bronte, directed & adapted by Bryony J. Thompson, at the Rosemary Branch Theatre, a 60-seat fringe venue in Islington, north London, from 17 April to 5 May 2013.

Cast includes Helen Russell-Clark (Jane Eyre), Francesca Binefa, Katy Daghorn, Ludovic Hughes, Rob Pomfret, Lainey Shaw.

Set in 1840s northern England. Orphaned into an unloving household, subjected to poor treatment at a charity school, Jane Eyre emerges to seek her fortune unbroken in spirit and integrity. She becomes a governess to the ward of the enigmatic Mr Rochester, eventually falling in love with him and he with her.
