Berenice cast update at Donmar Warehouse

Cast update for Berenice, by Jean Racine, in a new version by Alan Hollinghurst, which opens at the Donmar Warehouse 2 Oct 2012, following previews from 27 Sep - running to 24 Nov 2012.

Joining previously mentioned Anne-Marie Duff (Berenice), are Stephen Campbell Moore (Titus), Dominic Rowan (Anthiochus), Nigel Cooke (Paulinus), Kurt Egyiawan (Arsace), Derek Howard (Rutilus), Rosie Jones (Phenice).

It is directed by Josie Rourke and designed by Lucy Osborne.

Berenice's long and patient wait is over. Her lover, Titus, is now Emperor of Rome and with his succession, she can become his queen. But the Roman people make their disapproval known and Titus must choose between love and responsibility. Antiochus, Titus' best friend, is sent to comfort her, but reveals his own unrequited love for Berenice.
