André De Shields is reprising the role of Hermes in Hadestown in the West End. He won a Tony Award for his performance as part of the original Broadway cast.
He was an original cast member in productions such as The Wiz, The Full Monty, and Ain’t Misbehavin’. On screen, he has starred in Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical, tick, tick…BOOM!, and Sex and the City.
