Full cast joining Dawn French in Palladium panto Snow White announced
The full cast joining Dawn French in this year's London Palladium pantomime Snow White has been announced.
French is set to play the Wicked Queen in the show, alongside the previously announced Julian Clary as The Man in The Mirror, Paul Zerdin as Muddles, Nigel Havers as The Understudy, Gary Wilmot as Mrs Crumble with Vincent and Flavia as The King and The Queen.
Danielle Hope will play the titular role of Snow White alongside Charlie Stemp as The Prince.
Hope is known for winning the BBC One series Over the Rainbow, which saw her go on to star in The Wizard of Oz at the Palladium, her first professional role. She has since starred as Eponine in Les Miserables and Maria in a UK tour of The Sound of Music.
Stemp returns to London having made his Broadway debut opposite Bette Midler and Bernadette Peters in Hello, Dolly! He played Arthur Kipps in Cameron Mackintosh's production of Half a Sixpence, and will play Bert in Mary Poppins next year.
Comedian, actor and writer French will make her panto debut in Snow White. She was last seen on stage in 2016 in her one-woman show 30 Million Minutes at the Vaudeville Theatre.
The full cast of Snow White includes Josh Bennett, Simeon Dyer, Craig Garner, Ben Goffe, Jamie John, Blake Lisle and Andrew Martin as The Magnificent Seven and ensemble members Faye Best, Myles Brown, Darragh Cowley, Ivan De Freitas, Scott English, Liz Ewing, Ross Finnie, Diana Girbau, Matt Holland, Abigayle Honeywill, Stevie Hutchinson, Jemima Loddy, Megan Louch, Mollie McGugan, James Paterson, Leanne Pinder, Oliver Roll, Jordan Rose, Aaron J Smith, Lucie-Mae Sumner, Carrie Sutton, Grant Thresh and Charlotte Wilmot along with The Palladium Pantoloons.
Snow White will run at the London Palladium from 8th December to 13th January.
