'Bronco Billy' sets full West End cast
The musical adaptation of the classic Wild West film by Clint Eastwood premieres at the Charing Cross Theatre in January, featuring Victoria Hamilton-Barritt.
Yeehaw! Bronco Billy has set its complete West End cast, joining the previously announced Emily Benjamin. Performances run from 23 January to 7 April at the Charing Cross Theatre.
Alongside Benjamin as Antoinette, the complete Bronco Billy musical cast includes Tarinn Callender as Bronco Billy, Victoria Hamilton-Barritt as Constance, Gemma Atkins as Dee Dee, Jonathan Bourne as Sam, Josh Butler as Lasso Leonard, Alice Croft as Mitzi, Chris Jared as Lipton, Karen Mavundukure as Doc, Henry Maynard as Lefty, Alexander McMorran as Sinclair, Aharon Rayner as Joe Eagle, Helen K Wint as Lorraine, Silas Wyatt-Barke as John Arlington, and Kalisha Amaris and David Muscat as swings.
Adapted from the Clint Eastwood film, the show focuses on the title cowboy and his band of Wild Westerners making a living with their traveling show. Their lives turn upside down when Billy meets Antoinette Lily, a New York heiress running for her life.
Hunter Bird directs. The Bronco Billy creative team also includes Amy Jane Cook for scenic design, Sarah Mercade for costume design, Alexzandra Sarmiento as choreographer, Nick Richings as lighting designer, Andrew Johnson as sound designer, Marcus Carter-Adams as Musical Director, John Bulleid as illusion designer, Rachel Bown-Williams and Ruth Cooper-Brown of RC-Annie Ltd as fight and intimacy directors, Amber Sinclair-Case as associate director, David O as orchestrator and music supervisor.
