Video: Cast and creatives talk Everybody’s Talking About Jamie
Following a successful run in Sheffield last year, Tom MacRae and Dan Gillespie Sells' musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie is set for a West End run at the Apollo Theatre in London.
The musical is based on the true story of Jamie Campbell, a 16-year-old boy who decided he wants to go to his school prom dressed in drag. It takes inspiration from a BBC Three documentary following Jamie, who has been named Jamie new in the musical.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie is the first musical from Gillespie Sells (who is best-known for his work as the lead singer-songwriter with The Feeling), and television writer Tom McRae.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie is booking at the Apollo Theatre until 21st April.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie Tickets are available now.
