Wolves on Road is a play that enters the high-stakes world of cryptocurrency. Manny, who sells fake designer goods and lives with his mother, is given what feels like the opportunity of a lifetime when his best friend brings him into the sphere of cryptocurrency. However, when things go wrong, Manny becomes desperate, and his dreams begin to fall apart. The fast-paced, funny tale explores how hope and ambition can be exploited.

This show has an excellent cast, including Ery Nzaramba (Our Lady of Kibeho, Othellomacbeth) as Markos, Alma Eno (Small Island, Black Women Dating White Men) as Fevan, Kieran Taylor-Ford (For Black Boys Who Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy) as Manny, and Hassan Najib (Blade Runner 2099) as Abdul.

Wolves on Road in London is in co-production with Tamasha. The show has a talented creative team, including being directed by Bush Theatre’s Associate Artistic Director, Daniel Bailey (Red Pitch, August in England), lighting design is by Ali Hunter (Titus Andronicus), set and costume design is by Amelia Jane Hankin (Richard III), sound design and composition is by Duramaney Kamara (2019 debut EP Fck It Let’s Move*), video design is by Gino Ricardo Green (GET UP STAND UP! The Bob Marley Musical), and movement direction is by Gabrielle Nimo (TIMBUKTU).
