Tender is a play that tells the story of Ivy, whose life is perfectly planned with a flat and a boyfriend, and Ash, who is freshly out of a difficult relationship. Their chance meeting sparks an unexpected connection as kisses are shared and secrets are revealed. Soon, they realize they are more connected than they initially thought. Tender was a finalist for the Ambassador Theatre Group's playwriting prize

This beautiful story stars Nadi Kemp-Sayfi (Julius Caesar) as Ivy and Annabel Baldwin (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) as Ash.

Tender has an excellent creative team, including director Emily Aboud (Pink Lemonade), set and costume designer Alys Whitehead (This Might Not Be It), sound designer Ellie Isherwood (Savage Heart Spring), lighting designer David Doyle (East), stage manager Nikita Bala, and production manager Chloe Stally-Gibson. This play is produced by Broccoli Arts and Jessie Anand Productions, who were behind the record-breaking hit, This Might Not Be It.

Tender in London is written by Eleanor Tindall, whose play, Before I Was A Bear, was nominated for Best Writer at the Stage Debut Awards. As Tindall said on X (formerly Twitter), "I can't quite believe this still but my play Tender is going to the Bush in November!!!! So happy to be working with Broccoli Arts again and Jessie Anand Productions for the first time. And to have the inimitable Emily Aboud directing is a total dream."
